iiflopsi's can take time to "brake in." You can have a shower in them which will stretch and mould them to your feet.

In the very unlikely scenario, your flip flop is too small and does not fit at all, we have a fast turnaround time that will access and make the necessary exchanges.

Please familiarize yourself with our return Policy at the bottom of our website.

We recommend you clean your flips flops with lukewarm soapy water and a sponge. Do not use chemicals as this will affect the leather and may cause delamination of the layers.

The email address that you used when placing your order will receive a notification from the courier company with an airway bill number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipment to main areas should take no longer than 3-4days, shipments going to outlying areas will take between 5-7working days.

On our website and we are also at the Shongweni Farmers Market every Saturday from 7am-1pm. Our stall is situated opposite the jungle gym, close to the new zip line.

We are also at the I heart Market which takes place every first Saturday of the month from Northlands Primary School in Durban North, 9am - 2pm

We are at the Linden Market every Season at the Botanical Gardens in Emmarentia. Hours are from 9am - 4:30 pm
